Contruction Coordinator

A&M Tile and Plastering is a family owned swimming pool plastering company located in Irving, TX. We are looking for a friendly and self-motivated Construction Coordinator.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Possible Saturdays 7:00am to 12:00pm 

As a Construction Coordinator your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing multiple projects at once with several contractors
• Coordinate with various contractors to confirm and update schedule details
• Maintain constant contact with contractors during scheduling to get jobs scheduled in a timely manner and ensure appointment times are met
• Enter and maintain accurate new and updated work order data into software system
• Communicate work order changes to employees in a timely manner
• Create and process purchase orders to purchase products from external suppliers
• General administrative work such as data entry, answering phones, filing, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English
• Strong communication skills are essential
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work overtime

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in the Swimming Pool Industry
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize tools to find information
